i Carbon nanotubes way too expensive

After updating to 1.3.17 (I'm still on factorio 2.0), i'm now obligated to rework the entire production line for the Refraction science pack.

And while doing the math, i noticed that the Carbon nanotubes, which are now required for the ruby laser intermediate, are extremely expensive. It's already a bit of a shame that i'm losing more than half of the overall productivity from switching to the refraction plant for the science and ruby lasers, but now i need to supply something like 8k carbon and 4k polished quartz per second, just for the carbon nanotubes alone. And i'm only aiming for 60 science per second. Is this intentional or an oversight?

Okay, so this entire planet has some serious balancing issues, with input requirements being way too high on some recipes, not just the nanotubes.

Remember, my goal is only 60 science per second. Most planets that i visited could provide the resources for that goal through their starter patches alone, so it's not like i'm building a megabase. However, for some reason Hyarion requires an absolutely ridiculous amount of resources for just 60 science per second. This mostly applies to the Refraction Science, which has turned into a ridiculous resource sink after the recent rework. The Polishing science is also expensive, but within a tolerable margin.

Don't get me wrong, i appreciate the rework because prior to it, the refraction science simply wasn't interesting to automate, as it didn't utilize any of the planet's unique mechanics.

But, the production chain needs rebalancing.

Right now, the biggest bottleneck in my opinion is by far the refraction light. I'm currently trying to automate the unstable bacteria for Tellus and in order to capture enough refraction light, i have to cover a huge area with the collectors. And that's just to get something like 500 units of light per second, for the bacteria alone.

However, even that pales in comparison to the production chain for the Beryllium. Apparently, i need something like 10k units of light per second, just to get enough beryllium nitrate for the science pack. How the hell am i supposed to supply that!?

The entire production chain needs to be tweaked, from top to bottom.
