The lightning rod collects two things: Lightning, and Unknown key: "entity-name.planetaris-refraction-ray". I think the latter is looking for the name of the entity but it's not defined?

Yes, quite a few. None of them modify the lightning rod though, according to the tooltip. Also I activated only the Hyarion planet mod and started a new game with that and the same issue happens. To be clear, this is in the Factoriopedia you access by alt+left clicking on something.
