Thanks for reporting! I'll take a look. You can also try Disco Science Lite. Tracking the issue here.

Still looking into the details, but I believe Disco Science will only crash for the high-pressure rocketry technology (something about it only taking high-pressure science packs; but it's the only tech that does). As a temporary workaround, you can disable Disco Science until that one technology is researched, and it should be fine to re-enable it after.

This should be fixed in v0.5.12 (Factorio 2.0) and v1.1.9 (Factorio 2.1).
