This K2 dirty water recipes are modified with this planet mod, leading to an additional ingredient being added that makes it unbalanced (not to mention unusable).
I recommend renaming your dirty water fluid and checking that the recipes are not removed from their current tech, since it is (experimentally) listed as compatible.
