Failed to load mods: The given sprite rectangle (left_top=0x0, right_bottom=120x120) is outside the actual sprite size (left_top=0x0, right_bottom=120x64).
If this is being used as an icon you may need to define the icon_size property.

Possibly due to Factorio:HD mods

I've been so far unable to reproduce this, but the error is straightforward. A possible fix will be in the next release.

This should hopefully be fixed with v0.1.9. If the error recurs, can you send me the log file?
