Good afternoon. When you click on a button or use the hotkeys (Control+R), the resource selection window does not appear.
I thank you for reporting the issue. There must be a conflict with a mod. Can you supply a mod list?

Do you see recipes to make the Resource drills? And the shortcut button?
I loaded all of the mods you listed, and the Resource selector is displayed as expected. I do not know why it is not displaying for you.
Are you playing in a multi-player game?
The recipe is open, and there is a button on the panel.
I found the reason. I had a hide-mod-gui setup. Sorry I took up your time.

Ah, yes confirmed, that does indeed hide the Resource selector. Thank you for reporting it, someone else will likely have the same issue. Glad you enjoy the mod! :)
