b Water canister can't be crafted

There is only one recipe for the water canister, unboxing it (I can't craft it, and according to FNEI the only existing recipe is the unboxing). It is needed for a "checkmark" technology, and I can't go forward without it.

Recipe Book is recommended for use with Nullius. FNEI doesn't show you how to make them, but Recipe Book does. Or you could focus on doing the part of the checkpoint that you understand how to do and pay close attention as you do. It may reveal how to do the next step of the checkpoint.

This had me stumped as well, as I am using FNEI.
Try driving around a bit in a car powered with a hydrogen canister.
