b Crash to menu when placing ghost

To reproduce:
- Turn on "pick ghost item if no items are available" in Settings/Interface.
- Select a ghost building, using Q that you have none in your inventory.
- Place the ghost
- Crash

The crash only happens when selecting a ghost with the pipette. When you select an actual building, it works as intended.

Here is the full error message:

1.7.1 is an older version of Nullius from right after some changes in pipette behavior. There have been several fixes related to that since then. I'd update to the latest version.
