That appears to be coming from a conflict with a third party mod (artisanal reskins), and one that is not officially supported. There is a list of supported mods on the information tab. Despite the graphical dependencies, Nullius is not just Bob's or Angel's, so stuff like Artisanal Reskins for those mods doesn't just automatically work.

Personally, I didn't immediately see the problem with all of my mods updated to the latest and all of the Artisanal Reskins mods enabled. But I'm able to get a similar failure if I start turning off some of the Artisanal Reskins settings. I'd recommend you try restoring the mod settings for that mod to the default values (mostly enabled), if you want to leave that unsupported mod on.
