Would it be possible to increase radius/AOE of atomic bombs based on quality?
I don't think so. Firing a projectile doesn't fire an event I could react to, so the different qualities would need to exist as non-identical items prior to firing - which, no matter how exactly it is achieved, would create lots of usability issues.
