Am I looking at this incorrectly, or does the LHT only have a pipe for input on the south edge (and the building cannot be rotated)?

UPDATE: I ended up modding the LHT, giving it another fluid port on its south side, and making both of them I/O so they can pass fuel through. Without this, I felt like this building, that is presented as part of this planet's solution, was another part of the problem.

This is worth doing, I'll get around to it at some point
