Hey trying to add your mod to my compatibility list. Due to it's generic naming "medium-equipment-grid" I think I'm having some sort of conflicts with other mods using the same grid name.
Could/Would you be able to chnage this to say MSMS-grid ? (MSMS = MetalStarsMechSuit)
