g Request: Microgravity labs accepting ALL science

We built a huge science space platform to process all science only to realise microgravity labs don't accept simple science (red/blue).

Is it possible to make it so they can take all types?

I had a similar problem, seems they were intentionally removed. If you search through the mod files in prototypes/dependency-updates for a file called Lab-science-updates.lua and open it, you can get rid of the lines near the bottom that remove the basic packs. Then save and update the rar archive. Obviously if you update the mod later it will most likely revert but you can always fix it again if/when that happens.

This was originally a design choice, but I'm going to add it as a mod setting with the next update. stay tuned.

go download the latest version, fix is in.
It made sense to me to make it space sciences only because it's processed in space, and I don't feel you should need 30+ sciences as the number of packs you acquire increases. That said, you should play the game the way you want, and I love the idea of a giant science spaceship.
Have fun on your science platform! Feel free to share screenshots!

I feel it's a good choice to keep it space science only, because if not, all the players have to do is conquer the easy Neumann V and they get a 50% drain lab!

Compared to the biolab (that also give the massive 50% science drain):
To gain the biolab, you have to:
-Conquer Gleba
-Pay the expensive research
-Setup the biter eggs spoilable

To get the Microgravity lab, you have to
- Land on Neumann 5 with a rocket silo

I agree with you, which is why I kept that the default. I also believe in letting people play the way that they want to, and letting them make cool things, which is why it's an option to toggle.
