The recent change to separate the locations into their own system is nice, but it does not play well with Redrawn Space Connections. In particular, Stargate to Senestelia just connects to other planets for me rathern than the other system, and there are alternate routes to the system. It looks like you can specify a redrawn_connections_keep flag to tell the mod to not redraw certain connections, which seems like the appropriate solution here, and sounds like thesixthroc is open to discussing such edge cases.
