Enables all of Bob's mods except for Character Classes, necessary for testing my various mods (compatibility updates currently pending):

• Mini Machines, Micro Machines, and Mini/Micro Settings - Possible conflicts with Assembly, Mining, Logistics, Power, Warfare, Modules
• Vehicle Equipment Grids and Vehicle Equipment Grid Customizer, possible conflicts with Equipment and Vehicle Equipment
• More Long Inserters, Heat Inserter, and Nutrient Inserter - Possible conflicts with Adjustable Inserters and Logistics
• Spidertron Weapon Loadout - Possible conflicts with Warfare
