I cant make them , when i have the items for the assembler its starts crafting and the end of the progress its gone, I tryed to build one with Map editor its explored almost instantly
The recipe is only a 5% chance to craft. The item spawns all the triggers needed to unlock the other planets without visiting them. More of a hidden item to do a specific thing, not needed for normal gameplay.
