After some brief investigation, I don't know what is causing an issue. I would guess it is one of my custom trees, some of which do not use sprite sheets but manually describe variations.
To be honest, I can't follow the code in glowing trees. I will ask them if they can investigate or ask them to add a way for other mods to blacklist trees.
