Adds four themed machines:

• Fair mall: turns fair quantities of resources into practical mall item batches.
• Fair factory: produces batches for smelting, automation, and oil blocks.
• Fair logistics node: passes resources through 1:1 for crafting-line normalization.
• Fair mod forge: turns code into content, briefs, and eventually a turnkey factory batch.

This mod gives useful packaged recipes, but does not build belts, bots, trains, or blueprints for you. Logistics are still yours.
