please try the 2.0.67 build. It didn't properly check for biter-egg-handling override.

Thanks for the response. I am running off of steam and steam only allows for build 2.0.66 or 2.0.69
But the issue now I am running into is Dependency on 2.0.72 :

Failed to load mods:
• enemyracemanager
• Dependency base >= 2.0.72 is not satisfied (active: base 2.0.69)
• erm_unit_control
• Dependency base >= 2.0.72 is not satisfied (active: base 2.0.69)

Mods to be disabled:
• enemyracemanager (2.0.66)
• erm_unit_control (1.1.11)

How would I be able to get the 2.0.67 build?
