Enemy Race Manager

Add support to have multiple races of enemies and add various RTS elements. Enemy become tougher as you kill them. Added aerial enemies. Support free for all or 1vN. Search "ERM -" mods to download the new enemies.

Caused by using Bob's enemies 2.0 release version
Did not trigger for development versions.

2.0.25 should fix the crash.

There are other problems with Bob's enemies tho. Their unit spawners can't spawn under their runtime function, hence you don't get any artifacts. It inflate ERM's biter health by 2x - 10x (depends on difficulty setting).

There are probably other problems as well, I haven't look into it. I'll try to address them in the next feature release.
