Add support to have multiple races of enemies and add various RTS elements. Enemy become tougher as you kill them. Added aerial enemies. Support free for all or 1vN. Search "ERM -" mods to download the new enemies.

Game crashed multiple times, tried reloading autosave each time and it crashed in a couple of moments after loading

I'm not able to reproduce the crash with your save. I let it run for 10 mins at game.speed = 10 and it seems fine.

But there is one mod "Intellegent enemy", which caused the game to have a massive lag spikes. It seems make enemies to run all over the places. Maybe it somehow break my enemy group?

What if you disable that mod and try to load it?

I forgot to update, it works fine without that mod
