I've researched smeltus, powered the portal with poles, but when I go to smeltus, there's no power in the portal. Do I have to do something else? I thought that the electified grounds only concerns wireless transmission since I can power surface from the first level. Do I need to research it to get the power lower?
I've used quite a bit of mods, but I've removed them and tried them on a pretty much (only alien bioms enabled) save. It still remains.
