Start underground. The Nauvis surface is hostile and normal surface construction is forbidden; dig out cave space, use shafts, and build your factory below.
It says on tooltip that the third scanner shows a icon on the map but I never saw any. I only get the chat message giving me the direction and distance same as the second scanner.
Do I need to do something more for that?
