Ore is everywhere. You can't build anything on it except miners and pumpjacks. Space is limited, at least until you dig your way out. But one cannot simply mine ore and then shoot it; storing the massive supply of resources and products is part of the challenge.

This mod supports several methods of generating ore. Random, perlin noise, voronoi, pie, and spiral. Be sure to pick the version you want to play in the options menu -> mod options before you start your game.

Mod should be compatible with other mods that change ore, but I can't guarantee sanity if you do.

Mod pairings

Pollution is the Solution is recommended for mitigating biter threat.

Piety adds a stone sink. There is a reward, but a devious cost.

Peppermint Mining is highly recommend for late game play to minimize the fuss required to manage mining.

It is highly recommended that this mod be played without Factorissimo. The cramped space is the challenge! But there's nothing explicit stopping you from adding it. You do you.
