Is there a way to create rocket fuel on this planet?

You can make rocket fuel from light oil, which you get from the "Sulfonated plastic" research.

It seems that the Cerys Mod is not compatible. The temperature is not high enough and the rocket fuel recipe is not usable.

There is no new rocket fuel recipe. You use light oil and solid fuel as in Space-Age. Get light oil from the petroleum-alkylation recipe, unlocked with sulfonated plastics research.

Report this to the author of the Cerys Mod, as they do something to alter the rocket fuel recipe from the base game.
