Configurable Nukes & ICBMs


Makes most/many aspects of the atomic/nuclear bomb configurable, and affected by quality, as well as allows for the weaponization of rocket-silos: introduces an atomic/nuclear warhead, "Rods from God", the "Jericho" warhead, the "Mjölnir" warhead, ICBMs (Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles), IPBMs (Interplanetary Ballistic Missiles), and ISBMs (Interstellar Ballistic Missiles): why shouldn't rocket-silo rockets be used offensively?

multiplayer desync upon launch of rod from god, all other players except host were kicked. Playing also with rampant arsenal (forked), rampant, and some schall mods. I don't think any of them modify the rocket silo.

I have the same with the latest version. Except I used the atomic variant and it desyncs friends on launch both interplanetary and just icbm. Also playing with Rampant, if that has anything to do with it.

So, I've been able to recreate the issue when a "Rod from God" is about to be delivered (after launch, but 5 seconds prior to payload delivery) - however, I've thus far been unable to recreate it with the atomic munitions. I've narrowed the issue down seemingly to some change made between 0.8.4 and 0.8.6, but I am not sure what change is the culprit yet, though; continuing to investigate.

An update: I've been able to recreate the issue with all currently available payloads, as well as confirmed that it was due to a change after 0.8.4, as I did not encounter the issue with any payload when testing with that version. Still trying to narrow down what the actual root issue is.
