I don't think this is a bug per se, as it shouldn't affect gameplay for turrets that don't shoot, but the heliostat mirror appears in the list of entities that benefit from the electric weapon damage technologies. Moreover, it overrides the boost icon, which I think would otherwise show the destroyer capsule, for the 1st and 2nd techs. It is a minor issue but it is confusing at a glance. (I haven't researched those techs yet, so I guess the other possibility is that they somehow actually boost heliostat mirror output which probably would be a bug). I don't know if you're officially supporting Space Age or simply the 2.0 base game, but I thought I'd point this out in case you're planning SA support.
