This error message is very old and caused by another mod that misbehaves.

Sorry for being mean, you caught me on a bad day. I don't like playing 20 questions with unexplained error messages that don't include the name of my mod.

its fine, the error randomly went away, which i found odd, disabled all mods, reinstalled from a save, was the same mod set, i cant explain.
