Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
Not sure if its a limitation or a bug but Tankers can only be filled/emptied on one side have comfirmed it can be on either side but not on both at the same time
