Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
It's more quality scaling - when I change it to only affect vanilla in it's settings the legendary rig works again. Is that something you can look at or should I post over there? Thanks!
