Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
I've done some testing with oil rigs and Aquilo, the oil rigs are able to run without heating but the pumps do which leads to a very complicated system just to unload the fuel. Perhaps Aquilo could unlock a MK2 version of the oil rig with greater productivity and with it's own heat source that could be transferred to other machines with heat pipes.
