I spent a long time trying to find an Offshore oil node and almost gave up thinking it was a bug that the oil didn't spawn in. Until my radar managed to find one. Does the mod affect the spawn rate of oil since I increased oil in all categories of frequency/size/richness but it seems to be pretty rare.
I do have other mods on nothing big but the only one related to oil is Fluid Must Flow.

I also tried to input my game string into a new game to find where the oil nodes were and there were oil nodes that collided with water but in-game they didn't appear.
