Hi, firstly just want to say awesome mod!

Just wondered if its possible to get a option for ratio between offshore and onshore oil deposits.
Either in the mod settings, or make your own "offshore oil" setting in the map generation settings so frequency/size/richness can be set there.
This way it's possible set onshore oil (crude oil), to minimum and offshore oil a little higher to make it spawn a little more.

Maybe it's because I'm using RSO, but it seems like spawn chance for offshore oil is really low with normal map generation settings.
I don't want to disable onshore oil completely, and increasing the setting for map generation oil frequency when using RSO will create way too much onshore oil.
