1.Free port
you can still craft those,
but when placing ghost,they will immdiate turn into usable state,
and be removed when marked distruction.

and I want this also apply to water way.

2.Removal of signals
this is yabe,that means you can only mange these ship with mid point ports,
but it is not totally impossible to play,the ship only have such limited size and speed,so half of possiblity of crashing is already not possible with ships.
and if it is ture,then port are defalut enable 1 train limit,so you can use it without getting there setting it in person.
