Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
There's an issue with the Changelog formatting that prevents it from being shown in game. I haven't checked the game log file but changelog formatting errors are usually listed there.
