Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
If it isn't already implemented, I think that a footbridge over a waterway, to be able to make continuous loops and still be able to go over them and access bays in the middle of a large train station styled port.
