Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.

When i place the waterways by my nanobots, i cant cross them with the first small boat.
Everytime i'm crashing into them, but when i deconstruct and rebuild them by hand it's working all fine.
