Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
sounds like a mod conflict to me. does it happen when you play with just the cargo ships mod?
seems like some other mod is deleting the deep-oil resource this mod adds.
