Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
Noxy's swimming currently affects boats not on rails, slowing them down to an absolute crawl. Would be cool to see Cargo Ships have compat for that mod, by making boat speed not depend on Noxy's settings.
