Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
Hey I was implementing this into a freeplay world and I am unable to place the port for some reason. The buoys work however when trying to use ports the placement markers dont appear. Checked in Sandbox mode and I was able to place this
