Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.

So I tried installing this mod for Factorio 0.17.79 but the dependencies says base >=16.0 , so how should I install it for base 17.79
I am not a 100% sure i understand the question. Since 17.79 >= 16.0 this shoudnt be a problem.
