Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
I can't seem to do it unless the ship is extremely close to land. And for the tanker, I could even when the land was right up to the edge of the ship. I even managed to get the tug-boat stuck when it was in free-movement (i.e. not on a rail) mode against land, and still couldn't get out of it.
