Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
I noticed without building some landfill and putting storage tanks beside the oil rigs, it takes a long long time to fill tankers from the oil rig because it has no native storage for the oil it produces. I wonder would it having a few built in storage tanks would speed up the loading process without having to build an island beside the offshore rig, which is somewhat cumbersome.
I have not tested this mod yet, but I think it's a good idea to put some storage capacity on the oil rigs, even if it has to decrease its pulling capacity. Or add some storage tank that can be placed in the water.
