Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
As we use land fill to make a nice dock, would be nice to have land remover to be able to go over small rivers and some island that are always in the way
