Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
So no matter what I do, I can't actually enter the ships, which is a big problem considering I need to get in the ship to put down waterways any notable distance from land.
