Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.

in the mod nauvis day the pollution can get so bad, that the waterbodays can get pollutet aswell.
would it be possible that the cargo ships get slowed down on these pollutet parts? (maybe 50%)
i would not know how to implement it.
