Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds deep sea oil, oil platforms, tanker ships, train bridges and other water based content.
Could you please make the allowed distance for red/green wires from a signal buoy much longer? It's almost impossible to get some nice circuit controlled stuff going on without having powerpoles in the water everywhere. An invisible option would be even better, where you could toggle the wire visibility somehow.
