Adds massive cargo ships to the game, that function similarly to trains. Also adds tanker ships, train bridges. NOTE: In 2.1, You Must Install Oil Rigs Separately!
as title says, can ships be fueled automatically by inserters? and if so where do i place the inserters? i have tried multiple places but cant figure it out... i also tried long handed inserters with no luck
probably should have also mentioned i only tried with the tank ship as im trying to pump oil back to my base but want it to be 100% automated so the ship doesnt run out of fuel halfway there.
in the first image on this page you can see a blue inserter at the very bottom of the tank ship inserting coal into the "ship engine". Placing it like this should work. also the ships needs to be docked at a port for refueling to work, but since you want to automate the process i assume youre doing that anyway
