Can you try updating Muluna mod? I can see from the log file that you're a couple of versions behind the latest. I see this in the changelog for their latest version:

Bugfixes:
- Removed unneccesary assertions.
I'm hopeful that this will fix it! As the error message says it was an assertion failure.
If updating doesn't fix the issue can you upload a save file please? Disable Bob's Logistics (or Muluna. What ever you need to make the game load). Create a new game, save it, and upload. And let me know which mod(s) you disabled.
