Start on any of the first three planets: Vulcanus, Gleba, or Fulgora.
Choose your planet in the startup mod settings before starting a new game.

There is an error "Cycle in technology tree detected" with The Sun is Dead (( https://mods.factorio.com/mod/deadsun )) active. The other mod alters the tech tree, removing solar and replacing it with something new, unfortunately.
The alternative to this, Planet Picker, works with The Sun is Dead, but your tech tree is much more appealing than Planet Picker's tree.
